Cancellation
Runners wanting to cancel will forfeit the following part of their entry fee:
– 25% of entry fee will be retained for admin costs and the balance refunded if written notice is received by 30 June 2024.
– 50% of the entry fee will be refunded if written notice is received 31 July 2024.
– 0% will be refunded if written notice is received after 31 July 2024.
Substitution
Substitution can be done without charge till 30 June 2024, thereafter you’ll be charged R250 per person.
No substitutions or clothing size changes are allowed after 31 July 2024.
Deferral
Deferrals to 2025 will be charged at R250 + any increase in race entry fee.
